Day 01 – Saturday, 2nd May
- 6:00 a.m. – Departure from Katubedda, Laksala & Colombo pick-up points
- Scenic drive via the Mihirigama / Kurunegala highway
- Breakfast en route (on your own, cash bar available)
- Arrival at Ambayaluwo Hotel for a delicious lunch
- Afternoon: Optional extra – Kaudulla Safari Park adventure 🐘
- Evening: Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel (Lunch & Dinner included)
Day 02 – Sunday, 3rd May
- Relax by the pool after breakfast
- 12:00 noon – Optional add-on: Dambulla Bustaurant dining experience (see note below)
- 2:30 p.m. – Begin the journey back to Colombo
- Estimated Arrival: 7:00 p.m. (Breakfast included, Lunch optional)
Optional Add-On: The Dambulla Bustaurant Experience
For those interested in something different, there’s an optional buffet lunch at Sakura, Pelwehera aboard the Dambulla Bustaurant – a unique double-decker dining bus.
Please note: This optional experience is subject to a minimum of 20 participants (across all bookings from Sri Lanka on that date), as confirmed by the Sakura management. If the minimum isn’t met, the Bustaurant may not run on the day – we’ll keep you informed closer to the date.
